How breathwork helped me reconnect with myself

Before I discovered breathwork I was lost, I didn’t really know who I was. I was so disconnected from myself and my body. In practising breathwork I slowly was able to feel my body and reconnect, I started to understand who I was deep down and how I had been hiding this for so long. I was able to slowly let go of blocks and let go of previous stories. I was able to accept myself and find peace within and start to live from that place.


Breathwork allowed me to:

❤️ Really feel my body and reconnect to it

❤️ Understand the messages it was sending me

❤️ To clear my mind and just feel – from a place on intuition

❤️ To cut through the noise and reconnect to the true me

❤️ Discover who I am

❤️ To accept who I am and find peace with it

❤️ To let go of people and situations that didn’t align

❤️ To calm my crazy mind

❤️ Over time it allowed me to observe my thoughts, my emotions and not attach stories to them. To recognise the triggers and the stories

❤️ To go into the pain and slowly work through it – to process the stuck emotions…

❤️ To process past experience and help connect why I was reacting in certain ways


Breathwork guided me back home to my centre and helped me become the true me!
