How breathwork can help us deal with our emotions

No one feels great everyday… I am sorry it’s true. We all have emotions to deal with and all have those s**t days. However, for some of us we can get caught up in the story behind the emotion, or try to ignore it all together and squash it down, or perhaps numb!

If you haven’t figured it out already… that doesn’t work. It will come back or present itself in another way, maybe as dis-ease. Breathwork is an amazing tool that can help.

When we practise breathwork

💫 Breathwork can help bring us out of our mind and the story we might be stuck in.

💫 It can help us observe the habits, behaviour and trigger that maybe causing the unwanted feelings

💫 Breathing is certain ways can change the chemistry within and the message that goes back to your brain - helping to shift that mindset!

💫 Conscious Connected Breathwork helps us access those deeper levels within, our unconscious blocks that are stopping us moving forward. We can do all the work but if the unconscious blocks are there, it going to be difficult to move forward.
